Hello, world!
Hey, there! My name is Caio Lente and I’m a computer scientist from Brazil with a passion for tabletop RPGs. I created The Dice Society to share DM advice, the history of my homebrew world, and interesting stuff I create on the intersection between technology and games.
This is my first post, so I’ll be quick. Here’s a few things you should know about me and this blog:
-
I’m a relatively new DM (~2 years), but I’m addicted to writing. Instead of throwing everything on social media, I’ll use this as a hub for all my long-form content.
-
I’m mostly a 5E person, but I’ll try my best not to be too D&D-centric. I even created my own system as part of PocketQuest 2022!
